This map is from Duval's Le Monde ou La Geographie... .   This atlas minor proved to be popular, appearing in a number of editions, in part because it was of a convenient size and likely more affordable to an emerging European middle class than the larger, more expensive folio-size atlas.

As he was the nephew and pupil of Nicolas Sanson, Duval had an early access to mapmaking techniques and information. Duval (1618-1683), born in Abbeville in France, moved to Paris along with other intellectuals at the urging of the French king where he eventually became Geographe Ordinaire du Roy. He died in Paris and was succeeded by his wife and his two daughters.  The primary models that Duval used for this map were Nicolas Sanson's folio map of 1650 and Sanson's quarto-size map of 1656.   The second and third states have numerous additional placenames to the map such as:
I. de l'Ascension, Tropique de Capricorne, and MER DES INDES (in the second state), and additional placenames including S. Helene la nouuelle, and Gonthar (in the thord state).

Betz, Map #95.  Not in Norwich.

Both fine.
